Calories are food substance which are needed by our body to work everyday. Every food we take there were calories present in it. From beverages down to juices it caters percentage of calories inside. But the question we have in mind is that, how much calories we should take for a day?

Stable human weight should take 1500 calories per day, but calorie table requires 1600 calories intake per day.

A cup of cooked white grain rice have approximately 200 calories. Coffee
contains 7.0 kcal, Coke has 42.0 kcal, Orange Juice contains 44.0 kcal in it and Tea has approximately 10.8 kcal containing.

Calories are energy from food that fuels our body for our day to day works. Without this fuel our body will be subject to breakdown if we had a lot of work to do. Just like the automobile that need also gasoline to work it out.

There were such thing like BMR. BMR are amount of energy that our body needs to work it out daily. 60% of calories were being used by our body to do things in our life such as breathing.

How to calculate BMR? Here are some formula for it:
For Women we have: 655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

For Men we have also: 66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)

This formula only apply for adults only
